Hill Barn is a stunning new venue for Carice Singers in the Cotswolds. Offering amazing views of the surrounding countryside, and nestled on a hill just west of Stow-on-the-Wold, we are so excited to fill this venue with a programme combining choral gems with the most iconic music by Ralph Vaughan Williams. During the concert, the audience can experience RVW's music from within the landscape.
After the concert, there is a chance to meet the artists and enjoy the views at a reception with wine, soft drinks, and canapés.Â
Hill Barn, part of Fir Farm, is a rural venue - here are directions to the concert: You can use the postcode GL54 1LF, which takes you to the village of Lower Swell but not the venue exactly.Hill Barn is up an unmarked farm track, the entrance to which is roughly 400 metres out of Lower Swell village on the B4068 towards Cheltenham, on the right-hand side. There will be event signage on the day, and parking will be shown on arrival.
